OLAVO “OLLY” DEMACEDO
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Olly has been with Boston Sand & Gravel Companies since 1990. He began in sales at Southeastern Concrete and is currently the Operations Manager for Rosenfeld Concrete, Southeastern Concrete, and Lawrence Ready Mix Concrete. Olly’s commitment energy and commitment extends to many of the communities we serve. He was a Kingston, MA, Selectman for 12 years, on the Plymouth Area Chamber of Commerce board for five years, and has been the Executive Director of America’s Hometown Thanksgiving Celebration since 1996. Olly has a degree in Criminal Justice from Stonehill College.
ALAN PASTYRNAK
VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES
Alan has been with Boston Sand & Gravel Companies since 2013, starting as a Sales Representative at Rosenfeld Concrete before moving to Boston Sand & Gravel to cover the Boston territory in 2014. In 2021, he was promoted to Sales Manager. Alan is ACI Level 1 certified, and led the charge to get the Charlestown plant Environmental Product Declaration certified by the National Ready Mix Concrete Association. Alan played baseball on a collegiate level at both Northeastern University and Merrimack College, where he graduated from in 2013 with a degree in Communications. Alan is a huge sports fan, especially of the Clemson Tigers. He enjoys spending time at home with his wife and puppies, Winston & Josie.
